H2flOw™ Replenish Water Retreat image

Water healing retreat for women to recharge, replenish, and renew.

January 15 – 17, 2027 | 2 Nights, 3 Days

flow with the flow of life

Recharge. Replenish. Renew.

In the quiet heart of winter, when everything slows and the body longs for warmth, you are invited into a warm water oasis…

For three days, we gather in Spring Grove, Illinois, in a 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath sanctuary perched on a tree-lined hilltop and thaw in a warm water pool surrounded by natural light and a garden of plants. Guided by over a decade of water wisdom, Anne Koller—yogi, artist, and somatic water healer—leads you through an experience designed for deep replenishment from the inside out.

Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating power of water with daily H2flOw™ restorative water sessions—blending buoyancy-assisted movement with mobility, strengthening, and deep stretching. Within the water, the body softens as circulation increases and muscles unwind. Tension melts away, joints ease, and the nervous system gently settles into a slower, more receptive rhythm—an embodied “ahhhh.” Movement becomes fluid and effortless, supporting lymphatic flow, release, and full-body restoration.

From hydration workshops and nutrient-rich meals to water wisdom experiences—including water dance, water massage, and a candlelit floating sound bath—each day unfolds in a gentle rhythm of replenishment. Float in and on the water, where movement awakens creativity, expression, and joy in the body, all held within a collective of water sisters reconnecting to self.

Whether you’re navigating sore joints, restless nights, depletion, or the tender path of healing—from your 20s to your 90s through injury, surgery, birth, or the natural wear of life—You are welcomed and held here.

You’ll leave feeling rooted in harmony that flows far beyond the retreat, with a toolkit of actionable practices to take with you—so you can restore, regulate, and replenish anytime you need.

Come flow with us.

Anne Koller, Creator of H2flOw™

Anne Koller is a somatic water healer, yogi, and artist devoted to guiding others back to balance through the transformative power of water. Blending science, intuition, and over 15 years of experience, she integrates aquatic therapy, water massage, Watsu, aquacycling, swimming, yoga, and meditation to support healing in the body, mind, and nervous system.

A former NCAA Division I swimmer at the University of Minnesota and Big Ten Champion, Anne’s journey with water began in infancy and deepened after a scoliosis diagnosis at age 11—when water became her medicine.

Her work has taken her around the world to study water-based healing modalities, including freediving, floatation therapy, aquatic dance, and water birth. She is trained in Borderless Aquatic Therapy, Fluid Presence (Levels 1 & 2), aquacycling, Thai massage, and Kundalini yoga and meditation, and is certified in Yoga Nidra, CPR/AED, lifeguarding, and water safety instruction.

Anne is the creator of H2flOw™, a warm-water somatic healing experience offered through Milwaukee Recreation, and has pioneered aquatic personal training programs in Milwaukee, serving clients across all stages of life—from injury recovery to deep restoration.

Water healed her spine, steadied her grief, and became her teacher. Now, she shares that medicine with others.

10. What is a typical day like? Are activities mandatory?

Each day flows with a gentle rhythm of water practices, movement, rest, nourishing meals, and group experiences. Please refer to the tentative agenda to see the full flow of the retreat. While there is structure, the schedule remains flexible and responsive to the energy of the group and environment. All activities are optional!

11. Why women only?

This retreat is intentionally created as a space for women to gather in a shared field of experience, where many feel a unique sense of safety, openness, and ease. There is something powerful that can unfold when women come together in this way—especially in practices that invite vulnerability, rest, and deep inner listening.

In many ancestral and matriarchal traditions, women gathered in this way—to support, restore, and strengthen one another. We honor the reclamation of sisterhood and what it means to not only deepen our relationships with each other, but to ripple that care, wisdom, and connection out into the communities we are part of.

We honor and respect our broader water community, including men and non-binary individuals, and recognize the importance of inclusive spaces for all. At this time, this particular offering is devoted to supporting those who were born female, while we continue to explore ways to expand future offerings that welcome a wider range of identities.
